Typealoud is operated from the Province of British Columbia, Canada; the exclusive forum for any dispute is the courts of British Columbia sitting in Vancouver, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Under the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's federal PIPEDA, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies and, in most cases, to ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee for routine requests. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

We're not able to provide bespoke design, accessibility or legal advice over email. For high-stakes decisions, please retain a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. We also cannot answer questions about a specific font's licence in your particular context — that conversation belongs with the foundry that owns the font.
